Do dry figs have more caloreis than fresh figs?

Dried figs are five times higher in calories than fresh figs.

All figs, dried and fresh, are highly nutritious and contain iron, potassium, magnesium, beta-carotene, flavanoids, benzaldehyde and ficin. Benzaldehyde is an anticancer agent. Flavanoids are antioxidants. ficin is a digestive enzyme.

Is there fiber in figs?

Figs are also a good source of fiber, both soluble and insoluble types.
