A bitter, peppery, dark salad green high in calcium, Vitamin C and beta-carotene. Need we say more. Ok, this might come in handy. Arugula seed has been used as an aphrodisiac since the first century, AD. As we shall see later, your love-life can have a lot of good to do your heart.
